Will Adams
Designer extraordinaire, Will brings more than ten years in the kitchen & bathroom remodeling industry and an educational background in Industrial Design. Prior to Bath Simple, Will worked for prestigious firms & manufacturers such as Christopher Peacock Home, Ethan Allen and Wood-Mode. Driven by design but guided by function, Will's passion and keen sense of style is the driving force behind the suite of products that make up the Bath Simple offering. He’s also constantly on the prowl to find great new additions to the Bath Simple line up and is deeply involved with our in-home designers, answering their questions, training and working with them to offer the best service and product knowledge to our customers. Will’s also our resident wine expert (after business hours, of course).

KB Clausen
KB applies his broad business experience to guarantee that all parts of the Bath Simple machine are running smoothly together. A Google alum, KB spent most of his career at Booz & Company, a leading global management consulting firm, where he advised consumer companies across a range of strategy, operations and technology issues. Before getting his MBA at Stanford, KB had a successful career as an M&A and technology attorney.

John Crowley
John is masterful at designing innovative, cutting-edge products, as well as developing the systems required to transform a complex process like bathroom remodeling into a simple one that customers enjoy. Having graduated from MIT, John is a serial entrepreneur who has started a number of successful business in and around the building products industry, including Harborview, among the first companies to offer suites of freestanding, easy-to-install bath furnishings, environmentally sustainable interior door systems, and engineered wood flooring. John also founded New England Classic, which manufactured interior architectural products inspired by his work as Director of the Innovative Construction Technology Program at MIT (whew, that’s a mouthful). John owns a number of patents in and around building systems and, despite his intimidating resume, is a really nice guy who’s inspired thinking brought Bath Simple to life.

Kumi Hida
Kumi joins us from Japan via the University of California, Berkeley. In her career, she’s held a number of positions in project management for Sumitomo Corporation and also studied architecture and interior design. At Bath Simple, Kumi is knee-deep in bringing together all the details that link the products, pricing, purchasing and delivery of the “Bath in a box” to your doorstep, 100% complete. She's an avid road and cycle-cross bike rider who is committed to riding her bike to our offices in Berkeley from her home in San Francisco everyday (we have no idea how she does it!).

Bill Hunscher
Bill absolutely loves starting and building businesses. After a successful career on Wall Street, he embarked on an entrepreneurial path where he found his true passion - vastly improving the way customers are served. Bill’s goal in every business he starts is to hear customers say, “Wow, why didn’t anybody think of that before!” He got the bathroom bug via his ownership of Maine Hardware, one of the most successful stores in the ACE chain. He also renovated several bathrooms and learned quickly how unnecessarily complex and frustrating the entire process was - hence Bath Simple. Prior to the hardware business, Bill was a partner with Arnold Palmer Golf Management where he not only built the company into a 50 course chain, but also (very nervously) got to play golf a few times with the Arnie. Bill also started a company called CLYNK, a revolutionary recycling company with a powerful consumer-facing model that has saved millions of containers from landfills. Like the rest of the Bath Simple gang, Bill loves the outdoors and spends lots of time on his Moots bicycle in the hills of Marin.

Remy Mansfield
Remy is equal parts brand, marketing and technology development at Bath Simple. He keeps our digital wheels spinning. Remy also looks after design and sales technology, which is a fancy description for constantly improving the sales tools our designers use to help you realize your dream bath... simply. His professional background in the field of corporate and environmental sustainability with strategic consulting firm Saatchi & Saatchi S and various start ups contributes to the company's core commitment to reduce the amount of water and energy a bathroom uses. One of the coolest parts of the company he enjoys is the growing system of recycling construction debris; trying to close the loop in home remodeling. A graduate of Middlebury College and a native of Maine, Remy is finding his way around the West coast and loves the year round paddling and biking.

Judi Ott
There’s always one person who is in the middle of everything. For Bath Simple, this is Judi. She came to Bath Simple with tons of experience in the home building industry where she ran purchasing and the design studios for Centex, KB Homes, Pinnacle Communities, and the Irvine Company. When you place an order with Bath Simple, Judi makes sure everything gets ordered, assembled and packed so your “Bath in a Box” arrives 100% complete. She’s also in charge of putting together gift bags for customers when bathrooms are completed, so be nice to her.

Tony Secretario
After careers in remodeling aircraft interiors for the likes of Boeing and doing deals in the Internet industry, Tony found his passion as a hands-on General Contractor for the past 10 years prior to joining Bath Simple. As a design-build contractor, Tony understands the importance of the communication and interaction between our designers and contractors and is passionate about making the installation of your Bath Simple bathroom a smooth as humanly possible. Tony’s role is to help build out, train and supervise our designer/contractor teams in the markets we serve. When not remodeling his own home with his ultimate set of power tools, Tony can be found on the golf course practicing for the Champions Tour (yeah, right).
