ORDERING

Orders
Orders can be submitted online or in writing on formal sales order via fax or submitted online via our checkout process.

Order Acknowledgements
Bath Simple will acknowledge all orders via email. Please take time to carefully review the order configuration. It will show you the product selection list, shipping cost, and tax. If a correction is needed, you must contact Bath Simple within 48 hours of your order confirmation.

Change to Orders in the Bath Simple system can only be altered or canceled within 72 hours. All changes must be requested via email or phone including any additions or cancellations. After 72 hours the order may not be altered or canceled.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Freight Charges
Shipping costs for all shipments will be noted on the order confirmation.

Delivery Schedule
You will receive a delivery schedule on the order acknowledgement. This date will indicate the delivery week and not the exact day of delivery.

Delivery Policy
Because many of our products are large and heavy, we have established guidelines to ensure safe and complete delivery of Bath Simple products to our customers. Please note that our responsibilities end when we deliver merchandise in original condition to the customer.

Note:
    •    Customer or the contractor should be capable of handling large and heavy items
        being shipped.
    •    Any and all damages must be reported and noted on the delivery paperwork.
    •    All paper work must be signed by both the driver and the representative of the customer.
    •    If any changes or shortages have been found after delivery, claims for damages or
        shortages should be made to Bath Simple within seven (7) days of receipt of product.

Failure to do so will result in the denial of claims and no credit will be given.

FINISHES AND CHARACTERISTICS

Wood
All bath furniture products made from natural wood products whose visual appeal is attained by surface absorption of stain, varying grains, knots and other characteristics, are inherent in natural products and veneers. Bath Simple is not in control of each specific attribute and cannot be held accountable if products vary from sample to sample.

Stone
Due to the natural veining and color variations within the types of natural stone, it is not unusual to have samples of the same product look different from one another. We cannot guarantee that each sample of stone will look identical to another sample of the same type.

Glass
Bath Simple’s glass products are of the highest quality. Please be aware that samples of the same design will not look exactly alike and the color variations can occur.

DEFECTS / DAMAGE POLICY

Defects
It is Bath Simple’s responsibility to investigate all customer complaints regarding Bath Simple products. In general, product defects are supported by the specific company’s policies for that specific product.

Claims
If a claim is made for a defective product, please have a digital photo taken of the defect and send to Bath Simple at info@bathsimple.com. If possible, please have a photo taken of the packaging as well. If claim is supported, please fill out a Return Goods Authorization form and submit to Bath Simple via email.

Damages/Shortages
Please report damages or shortages as soon as possible.

Labor
Bath Simple will not be responsible for any labor costs related to defective or damaged products.

Replacement Parts
Whenever possible, Bath Simple will replace defective parts on a “rush” basis. The replacement parts/products will be invoiced and a credit will be issued after confirmation of defective parts/products.

RETURNS

Returns accepted on damaged merchandise for exchange only. Please contact our customer service team to discuss specific return procedures – (800) 699-2618.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Bath Simple may, at its own discretion and without notice, change the specifications or design of any product in our online product catalogue and online design tool, as well as discontinue any product in our product range.

WARRANTY

Bath Furniture
Bath Simple furniture is made from natural products whose visual appeal is attained by surface absorption of stain, varying grains, knots and other characteristics which are inherent in natural products and veneers which are not within the control of Bath Simple nor considered defects under the specific company and product warranty. Color changes and surface cracks due to direct sunlight, extreme temperature fluctuations, humidity conditions and cleaning agents are not covered by this warranty.

Fixtures and Tops
Bath Simple fixtures are formed from natural stone, glass and vitreous china whose visual appeal is attained by nuances in design, shape, textures, surface color and infused color whose characteristics are apparent in natural products and our manufactured products. Surface scratches, surface etching, chips, cracks and color changes due to cleaning agents, chemical spills, improper cleaning techniques, abrasive cleaners or cloths, extreme temperature fluctuations and by abuse or impact are not covered by this warranty.

Faucets and Fittings
Bath Simple faucets and plumbing fittings are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects, both mechanically and for surface finish, to the original purchaser for a period defined by our partner companies. Please call us directly to speak to our customer service about any faucet or plumbing fittings that are defective – (800) 699-2618. Bath Simple will not be responsible for labor charges or for damage incurred during installation, repair or replacement.

General
All Bath Simple products are guaranteed by our industry leading partners and their trusted warranty programs to give you 100% satisfaction. Specifics around warranty timeframes and specific return policies are subject to different definitions and terms, which are defined by our partners. We do not want you to live with anything from Bath Simple that does not meet your expectations.

This warranty applies to products that are subject to normal residential use and does not apply to defects or damage caused by or resulting from negligence, misuse, abuse or improper maintenance including cleaning and/ or cleaning products, agents or chemicals, or when products have been used in institutional, commercial or other non-residential use.

Bath Simple shall not be held liable for any consequential damages or commercial loss.
